The New Horizons Peer Support Center is located at 616 Lincoln Avenue, Bellevue, PA. It started in 1994 as part of Renaissance Center. The peer support center is a place where individuals in the community gather to form natural support systems with other mental health consumers, obtain needed services to sustain living in their community, and participate in community based activities.

There are various services provided at New Horizons.
